EMC EELS Parents,

Tomorrow is a home meet against the Oaks Olympians.  Here is a breakdown for tomorrow.

6:15:  Meet set up arrives and sets out Age Group Tents and set up cones

6:30:  Parents start to arrive.  Check in the Volunteer and the Circle In Parent

7:00- Warm-Up

7:30-- If not checked in, you relays will be rearranged.  If you are running late to a meet, text Shawn Grainger at 936-647-5039 or Barbara Perez at 832-668-6857. 

We will have Breakfast Tacos from Taco Bell and Breakfast Jacks from Jack in the Box in the morning.  

Attached is a map of how things will be arranged and where to set up.  Mr. Zugner will be in charge of morning set up with a bright vest if you have any questions.
