Monday, April 13 Freestyle with starts and turns

Tuesday, April 14 Backstroke with starts and turns

Wednesday, April 15 Breaststroke with starts and turns

Thursday, April 16 Butterfly with starts and turns

Stroke Clinics are 7-8pm and intended for previous team swimmers as an optional pre-season opportunity to improve on a specific stroke prior to the start of regular team practices.  The fee is $10 per day and can be signed up and paid via the team store.  

If a swimmer decides to attend a swim clinic, after having already submitted the online registration, it is not too late.  Email [email protected] to sign up.  Payment can then be made on the day of the clinic by cash or check.

(Note: Six and unders should not register for anything other than Freestyle and/or Backstroke)

All new members to summer league receive a free rookie camp and are not to sign up for these clinics.
