Welcome to Stroke clinics! This is an opportunity for your swimmers to expand their existing knowledge of a stroke and work on specific techniques before their swim season begins. Stroke clinics are not designed to teach swimmers strokes they have not learned previously. So double check and make sure your swimmers know how to do the strokes that they have signed up for.

If you have signed up a swimmer for a stroke that they have not been taught, we would be more than happy to issue you a refund for the clinic. Just let us know which days and the swimmer you need to pull from the clinic.

Below is the schedule for the week, the clinics will go from 6:20-7:20 each day:

April 19/ Monday: Freestyle

April 20/ Tuesday: Backstroke

April 21/ Wednesday: Breaststroke

April 22/ Thursday: ButterFly

April 23/ Friday: Dives and Turns
