Hello Parents!

We are so thankful for all of the hard work that you and your swimmers put into time trials to make them a success.

Pictures will be held at the pool tomorrow. We will be doing the team picture in age groups this year and the schedule for these group photos is below. And the picture order from will be attached to this email.

5:00     6 and unders

5:30     7/8 year olds

6:00      9/10 year olds

6:30     11/12 year olds

6:45     13/14 year olds

7:00     15 and up swimmers

During pictures (like during practices) Parents will not be allowed on the deck.

A few other things before we close:

• If your child was not at time trials this weekend, they must get a time recorded either Monday or Wednesday.
• Also, please declare if your swimmer will be attending or not attending the meet by Wednesday at midnight.
• If you signed up for a volunteer shift and cannot make it, delete yourself from the shift so that we know it needs to be filled.
• Finally, the board is reviewing protocols for being able to watch swim practice.
