Divisionals 2022 Information
- Address:New
- Caney ISD Natatorium, 21360 Valley Ranch Pkwy, New Caney, TX 77357
- Parents are to park on the visitor side of the Natatorium (East Lot), behind Burlington. There are several entrances to the parking lot that are blocked off, please see the map with the arrows indicating the entrance that should be used.
- Absolutely no parking on any grass areas.
- Reference the map to see the designated set up area for your team on the east side of the natatorium. Parents should only set up in their teams’ designated areas.
- Check in at the volunteer tables that will be setup at the front entrances of the natatorium. If a swimmer is late, report to team rep/coach immediately so the swimmer can be seeded in the meet appropriately.
- There is no set-up on the Astro Turf area in front of the check in tables. Absolutely NO balls allowed because of the lighting over the Astro Turf area and the windows around.
- Only authorized swimmers, required volunteers, board members, officials and/or coaches allowed on the swim deck.
- Parents can watch their swimmers in the upstairs stands on either side of the pool. Be courteous to other families and exit the facility once your swimmer is finished so that everyone can watch their swimmers. Please no wet swimmers in the stands for safety reasons.
- No playing in the elevator, this is available for anyone that needs it to get upstairs. No children allowed to use the elevators unattended.
- No set-up allowed in the stands. No standing at the balcony rails. Coolers are not permitted in the stands.
- Report to your volunteer positions promptly once called for your shift by the announcer.
- Please do not leave your volunteer position until your replacement has arrived and you have shared duty information. Remember, we rely on all volunteers in order to run a successful meet!
- Please know who your Team Rep is and alternates. Any protests must be brought to your Team Rep or their alternate.
- Please help us respect the property by making sure swimmers do not get in the landscaping or fountain and ensure everyone picks up after themselves. There will be plenty of trash cans set up all around the natatorium, please keep team areas clean and aisle ways clean.
- There will be several food trucks in attendance and they will be set-up on the opposite side of the Natatorium (West Lot). There should be no setup on this side for any teams or parents, this area is strictly for the food trucks.
- Each team is responsible for getting their swimmers to the Ready Bench when their event is called by the announcer.
- Ready Bench will be set-up outside the double doors on the backside of the Natatorium (east side closest to team setup areas). Once the swimmers are done with their event, they are to exit the double doors on the backside of the Natatorium (west side closest to the food trucks) and walk back behind the natatorium to their team set up area.
6:15 -- Team Set Up Crew Arrives - starts the set up and block off areas. See attached Map for location of EMC team setup.
6:30 -- Parents start to arrive and set up in designated team areas.
7:15 -- Warm-Ups Begin
7:30 -- Officials Meeting
7:45 -- Scratch Meeting/Due
7:45 -- Ready Bench Meeting
8:00 -- Timer/Scribes Meeting
8:00 -- Coach Dance Off in front of DJ H2O
8:15 -- Coaches/Team Rep Meeting
8:25 -- National Anthem
8:30 -- First Event
