Hi Parents!

Tomorrow is our End of Season Awards Night! We are so excited to see that so many are able to attend. Those who completed all their volunteer shifts will receive their check back (THANK YOU) and every swimmer will receive an award. If you're still needing to get that last shift in (or if you just like helping out!), please let us know and we will find you a job. This will be the last opportunity to go through our Lost and Found before it is all donated. Here are a few other last minute reminders/instructions to set us up for success.

Bull Sallas Showbarn

A.V. 'Bull' Sallas Park, 21675-C McCleskey Rd, New Caney, TX 77357

This is tucked a bit behind the Fair Association building where we had bingo night a few weeks ago. There is plenty of room to park close to the showbarn. We will also put out signs to help direct you.

Time

The ceremony will start at 6pm. Once you arrive, our volunteers will double-check your dinner payment, stamp your hand, then you can get your plate and have a seat. If you did not preorder dinner, we ask that you allow everyone who did to get their plate, then you’re welcome to purchase some fajitas for $7/plate. We will have free dessert and drinks for everyone.

Coaches

Our coaches will have baskets set up where you can leave any thank you notes or small gifts for their work this season. Here is a list of some of their favorite things to give you ideas if you would like to participate:

Coach Isaiah: Sprite Zero, Coke Zero, Sour Patch Kids, Chipotle, Olive Garden, Chick Fil A, Aldi’s. His favorite color is blue.

Coach Jordyn: Diet Coke, Takis, hot fries, Oreos, Berry Skittles, McDonald’s, Subway, James Avery, Amazon. Her favorite color is light purple.

Coach Kayleigh: Coconut water, airheads, chips, goldfish, Smoothie King, Chipotle (but truly, anything), TJ Maxx, Sephora, Ulta. Her favorite colors are blue and pink.

Coach Ashton: Dr. Pepper, Powerade, limon chips, Sour Patch Kids, Chick Fil A, Raising Cane’s, Chipotle, Target. His favorite color is purple.

Our junior coaches are high school athletes who volunteer their time and talents. They will also have baskets we can fill with drinks, candy, and snacks. Our junior coaches are Abby C., Adam B., Lexi B., Ella M., Emely Q., Ethan M., Hector L., Jayden B., Rilee F., Isaiah C., and Caleb W.

We have put together a survey to gather input for next season. We start planning each year in January. We truly want to know what you think and how to make this experience better for all. Please click here to complete.
