For Families

• Text Alerts – this is how we will call events to the ready bench. Please pass along to your team. Instructions attached. Please text the keyword listed as is. Do not text “6&U ready bench” or “TEXTSESSION1” or “PLEASE SIGN ME UP”.
• Doors open 4:30 Friday, 7AM Sat/Sun. NO ONEis permitted inside the facility until this time. Please wait outside the doors until they open.
• Indoor setup available on all lower hallways and commons on Friday. Saturday & Sunday the upper hallways will open & be available for overflow. If these spaces fill up, they have the option to set up outside just under the covered walkway leading to the commons.
• NO spectators, team board members or NWAL representatives, etc. who are not working as an official or timer are not allowed on deck.
• Spectator seating is COME AND GO. No setup is allowed. Please come in shortly before your athlete’s event/heat, enjoy the race then exit the stands so others can come in and watch their athlete's race.
• Only athletes are allowed in the ready area. When athletes finish their race, please plan to meet them just outside the nat in the back hallway by the entrance/exit. Do not crowd the entrance to the pool deck or block spectators from coming in or out of the natatorium.
• D&J will be selling Allstar meet apparel in the commons.
• Stop by the PACK table in the commons for free giveaways and take a photo of your athlete on the podium behind our Allstar banner!
• PACK is hosting a swim clinic in July @ Cain High School. Please pass along the attached flyer to your team members.
