    2026 Registration Opens TOMORROW!

    Hello EMC Eels Families!

Registration for 2026 will open TOMORROW! Here is everything you need to know about preparing for the new season of EMC Swim Team.

Registration is still done online through our website: emc.swimtopia.com.

Here are a few changes from the registration process:

    1. Tshirts. All athletes receive a free cotton team tshirt with registration. Please select the size on the “Merchandise” page of the registration process. Your athlete will also have the option to upgrade to a dryfit team tshirt for $6. Just be sure to select a DRY FIT size from the drop down menu.
    2. Merchandise. All other merchandise (aside from the team tshirt for athletes) will be purchased separately from your registration fees in the team store. This includes the team swimming suit, fan gear, and equipment. Team suits and tshirts will be available the last week of April after all sponsors have been finalized. Most equipment and fan shirts should be available for pickup at on-site registration.
    3. Volunteer checks. We get it. Your checkbook is lost somewhere hanging out with your Discman. This year, you will be able to submit the $301 volunteer commitment via credit card during the registration process. If you prefer to keep it old school (and avoid the credit card fee), we will still accept checks at on-site registration days. You will need to choose the same payment method for registration and the volunteer fee. For example, if you choose to pay by credit card, the final screen of your confirmation will show authorization for your registration total + $301, but only the registration costs will be billed that day. If you choose to pay by check, please bring two separate checks (one for your registration total and one for $301) to either of the on-site registration days.

    On-Site Registration Days

Come see us at the pool March 19 (5-7pm) or March 28 (9-11am). There we will be able to walk you through the registration process, answer your team questions, check water safety for new swimmers 8 and under, and purchase some excellent new fan gear. We will have swimsuits available to try on to ensure your athletes get the correct size. While returns are possible, they are difficult. If you are unsure, PLEASE come up to the pool to try on a suit. This is a great time for new families to come see what the Eels are all about.

    Sponsors

Our sponsorship drive is open! Our sponsors allow us to keep registration costs low. If you have connections to a local business looking to get their name out, please contact Phobie at [email protected] or fill out the attached sponsorship packet. Elite sponsors receive a free team registration, and will register via a separate link. We would love to have more family names on our tshirt this season, so let us know if you’re interested in sponsoring as a family.

    Volunteering

If you had a season-long position last season you loved, email Brooke at [email protected] to secure it again for this season. If you’re interested in a season-long commitment rather than racing to sign up for a position each week, Brooke can help you find the perfect job. If you’re interested in elevating your volunteer position by becoming an official, email [email protected] to learn more about upcoming trainings (plus, officials get a free meal at meets!)
