Hi parents!

Just a few helpful hints to set us up for success tomorrow.

Entrance inside Kingwood High School will be through the GYMNASIUM door. Once inside, you will turn left to walk up a small set of stairs to enter the cafeteria. Here is a map of the relevant areas of the school. The cafeteria is divided up for the four largest teams. The smaller team is set up down a long hallway. Look for the EMC signs and make new friends! Here is map of the team setup areas. Please help each other out with getting wagons/strollers up the stairs.

We will have tables in our section of the cafeteria for swimmers to circle in and for volunteers to check in. Swimmers should be checked in by 7:30 and all volunteers for all shifts checked in by 8. If you are running late, please text Allyson at 713-542-2247.

Please note the location of the timers/scribes meeting and the ready bench meeting. Both of these are taking place at 8am. All teams run their ready benches a bit differently, so it’s important that we are all on the same page about how this meet will go. If you are working any of these areas at any point in the day, please plan to attend.

W2 Divisionals tshirts are also for sale and make a great souvenir for the meet.

We will have a normal practice schedule tonight, though coaches have some sharks and minnows and games planned. We will have chalk markers available at the front table if you’d like to decorate your vehicle to roll into Kingwood with EMC Pride.

Remember to RSVP for Awards Night (Monday!) and prepay if you’d like to have dinner with us. You can pay by cash/check/card at the pool ($10/person; $50/family max). If you'd like to get the coaches a token of appreciation for their work this season, their favorites are listed here.
